Hi Friends,
If you’re stirring with anxiety over the election, as I know many of us are, I feel you, and I’ve got you. Click on the 4-minute recording and try this breath. And then continue to do it throughout the day (and anytime) as you feel yourself losing your shit. It’s my favorite breath and perhaps the most effective at helping me feel more grounded in my body.
If you have other grounding breaths or practices, by all means share them with us.
