I’m sitting in bed and felt a nudge to do an audio recording to share with you all. I didn’t know what I would talk about, but before pressing record, the words My heart wants you to know that you’re whole came to me. So that’s where I began.

Detroit Friends: I’ve got two live breathwork gatherings coming up, one in Pleasant Ridge on April 27th, and the other in Troy on May 4th. These sessions are incredibly powerful and I can’t encourage you enough to give this breathwork practice a try if you haven’t already.
