Ahhhhhh huge, huge smile on my face after listening to this. A lot of points sunk right in. And like you said, it's so simple, yet so profound, right? Heading into this weekend ready to do some much needed inner work, healing and self love. I've been steadily working on making this new home I've moved into a warm, relaxing sanctuary of peace. It's really getting there! Big Love! Have a great weekend, Scott! <3 Jenn

I can always use your beautiful reminders on how exactly to love myself. Generally, I think I am doing a good job; that is, until I enter the darkness, when I need to love myself more, not less. I tend to forget all the self-loving tools I have at my disposal which is why it's so great to be here - for your reminders!

Thank you and big love, Scott! ❤

I waited until today to listen to this one and the timing could not have been better. I feel like whenever I need you the most I can reach out and find one of your cast that is so relevant and picks me up…. your reminders on the numerous ways I subject myself to negativity; when I lose focus on the common sense items. Yes, retraining takes effort and I will not quit.

The simple awareness and conscious decisions to behave in a manner that exposes me to the positive opportunities…. My easy slip is the news… I want to stay aware of the markets/economy and I always end up reading the negatives…

And nature time… yes, how I simply am not making time. My go-to in the summer is serenity on the lake. Looking forward to the coming months.

- Thank you for everything, Scott. I appreciate all that you are doing and how much you give to World.
