I'm glad we're not on the opposite side, but even if we were, I think you're one of the only teachers/people of mine I'd want to still keep around regardless. I agree he feels very, very dangerous. Thank you for standing up for what you believe in.

We are a divided country and we need CHANGE now.

Do I agree with everything, no. You have a right to vote for whoever you want. I don’t have to agree with you to love you.

Hello Scott, I just want you to know that just because I might not have agreed with everything you've said in this video DOES NOT piss me off! I don't judge others for their opinions and choices. Big Hugs and BIG LOVE ❤️

I’ve just woken up to realize how much I’ve given to disrespect others that don’t hold my values.

After feeling like shit for being a bad human, I moved through sadness as I got to see all the places I subtly diss others.

Some breaths later, I’m seeing some of the lessons coming with this gift.

I forgot how my reactions are born of past experiences. The choice to own it is all mine.

Thank you for this beautiful, brave share, Scott. I’m so looking forward to this election being over. The energy surrounding so much of it is exhausting, and I’m struggling at times to focus on love. My vote was for Harris as well. As you, I have some issues with the democratic platform…but my whole being rejects what DJT stands for. I just can’t. At the same time, I don’t want to lose connection with my loved ones over this. Thank you for the reminder to focus on love, compassion, and empathy. I’m giving it to myself too!

Sending love your way.

Hi Scott♥️

Ed and I are going to be chanting at our house next week for Kamala Harris’ Victory and for America, at our house on Monday and again on Tuesday. We’re going to be chanting on and off throughout the day. If you’re available and interested, we can work with your schedule. You tell us when you can come over and we’ll chant together. If you can do an hour, great. If you only have 15 minutes, great.

Please let us know.

You said you are in CA-- if you are in LA on Monday or Tuesday and want to stop by, I'd LOVE to see you-- DM me and I'll send you my address. There will be people coming by to chant with us for Victory-- we won't try to convert you-- it would be so nice to be in your presence ❤️

I love a victory chant! I’l going to start one in Michigan. Would love to know how you do yours? I feel compelled to repeat all the names of all the people I want to see in office. If you have more to share with me about your mission, please….

We chant Nam Myo Renge Kyo with determination and conviction to have our prayers become a reality. We invite like minded friends to join us-- they can come over for 15 minutes, an hour or three hours-- whatever works for them. The intention and prayer is Victory for Kamala and for America!!?

Thank you for your thoughtful expression of love. We don’t have to agree but we are called to love. I have had to release my attachment to the outcome…I did what I could…I voted and encouraged others to vote and to think for themselves. I am deeply concerned and pray for our safety and peace and the future of our country. I believe that Harris would be the better leader….

Your message of love is so vitally important! That is how we will get through this….more love

I’m new to your account and haven’t listened to your words yet.

Struggling very hard to accept any culture of hate, racism, and disrespect. I’ve committed to purging my life of toxic elements. I simply refuse to normalize the extreme disrespect and what I call an attack on compassion and acceptance. I do not see any value with intolerance yet I currently believe that intolerance of intolerance is the opposite of hate. Does it matter for whom people voted? Short answer, yes, it does. Going to listen to your words and hope I see some light. Currently investing in myself and a transformation. That’s been a couple decades long desire and I’ve finally committed to a PHP program hoping to work on CBT with better success than traditional therapy and other self help methods. It’s now self advocacy and I’m exhausted from the little work in which I’ve engaged. So that’s me. I’m now branching out to follow accounts that address transformative ideas to better our lives. I will revisit your account and listen to your words soon. Will I stay if I find out you voted against compassion? Given the way I phrased the question, the answer should be clear. I would very much like to get out of my ego and into my heart. Tough to do with people who don’t flat out reject the current and obvious culture of disrespect. Hope you are on a similar trajectory.

I really could use some direction on how to process and handle people who voted for what I consider hate and disrespect. ✌🏼🫶🏼

Love the message as always. Living and loving across the aisle and not letting it ruin relationships... Everyone should have the choice to decide about themselves whether we agree or not.

I cannot in good conscience vote for either - both parties are too extreme.

And I acknowledge and respect the candidates who provided reasons to vote "for them" and not "against their opponents."

I would love legislation that prevented people from running negative ads and only permitted candidates to advertise what they represent...
