When I feel disconnected from my peaceful place, I usually create art or read. Your breathwork sessions also help. In other words, doing something I enjoy reminds me that there are comforting choices I can make in this chaotic human experience to reconnect to my inner calm. Sending peace, love & hugs.

Oh, Scott! I am sorry that is happening! Can you see that you "are" growing? That you are human, not perfect? It's ok to feel disconnected, it's how we manage the situations of life, as long as you are capable of moving out of that disconnectedness and back into peace/serenity. And hey - maybe the fleas are there to remind you to become the sky. I think it's all a practice! And you, my friend, are practicing.

Hey Scott, thanks again for sharing your experiences. I have been having a very difficult time feeling safe and connected. I find that I have not been connecting with my soul. I’ve been angry at my health situation and I finally had a moment today when I realized I was in a cycle of expecting more crap to happen.

I would love to stay connected to the inner calm. Those times have been way too fleeting lately. Thank you for the reminder. Lots of love
