Just what I needed to hear today (and always). I definitely struggle with integration. Also, thanks for the nudge about The Big Leap. I have the book, but haven't read it. I'll have to pick it up and find something else not to integrate. HA! Love you!
So nice to see you ❤️ loved this and needed this today! Something I struggle with constantly. I feel I have tendencies to consume too much then get overwhelmed with it all and don’t integrate. For me I have to make some choices around being selective and discerning which messages are the ones I really need to devote myself to and internalize.
...absolutely adored this entire message! am legit here in my home today, goin' back thru books, podcasts+have a giant notebook rite next to me...spoke to me at the perfect time. an welcome back friend
It's so wonderful to see you and hear your voice. I dreamed that we had a video chat last night! 😍❤🥰
INTEGRATION! Wow! YES! I am saying YES to integration! At this moment, as I type this, I am surrounded by 9 (NINE!) books that I have read recently, that I have highlighted and earmarked, and that I cannot bear to put on my bookcase because I want to DO SOMETHING with and about them. They all taught me so much and have certainly changed my view on many things, but I wonder how much of what I learned I have INTEGRATED into my life?!?!?!
I liked what you said about journaling about what I've learned, which I think will be my first step. And then I will work out a plan for integrating some of these learnings into my life.
I spoke to my friend, Miranda, about your post and integration (that who you signed your "just love" book for!) and she said that she does this with her clients (she's a life coach) once a month.
It's the (big, MFing) step that I've been missing, I believe.
So, once again, thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with us here!

As always, this post is perfectly timed for me!
Thank you! I love you! ❤❤❤ xxoo
I’m wildly impressed that you’ve read 9 books recently. I probably have that many started in my kindle.
I love you, Chrisann. ❤️
I read a lot! 😝
