You taught me about Gratitude Walks about 5 years ago now and I have incorporated them into my daily life. Most days, I go on a gratitude walk --- some times I am 3/4 finished with my walk and suddenly I realize, " Oh Wait, this is suppose to be a gratitude walk." Or sometimes, I start out saying things I am grateful for, and then I slip back into the negativity. But I would say, that most days, I consciously take a walk, and say either out loud or in my head that which I am grateful for-- and it makes a shift in my day--- and I feel more grounded, more centered -- and more joyful. And, I'm grateful to you for teaching me about this. I also have been doing a Gratitude Journal, in the morning-- most days-- and I list that which I am grateful for. The list is sometimes very repetitive, but again, like the walk, it makes me more joyful. I have been doing this now for about a year and a half-- most days-- not everyday--- and I am grateful for doing it. I am grateful for gratitude. I am grateful for you.
